Most Payroll &
Human Resources groups have accumulated multiple software packages
to help automate everyday business operations. Unfortunately,
in many cases these systems do not communicate. Maybe it's a payroll
system that doesn't feed an accounting package or a time and attendance
software that doesn't speak to the Human Resources system. This
communication issue leaves many gaps in performance, causing duplication
